1. Overview
Bibaho Bandhan is an online matrimonial platform providing digital matchmaking services. As we offer intangible digital services, no physical products are sold or shipped. Therefore, traditional product return policies do not apply.
2. No Return Policy
All membership plans, profile access, contact access, and premium features are delivered digitally. Once a membership plan is activated, it cannot be returned.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel auto-renewal (if applicable) before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current active membership.
- The membership will remain active until its expiry date.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment deducted but membership not activated.
- Technical issue from our system preventing service activation.
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with matchmaking results.
- Inactive usage of membership benefits.
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
5. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Requests must be sent via email with transaction details.
- All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
6. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
7. Chargeback & Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Bibaho Bandhan support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with the payment gateway or bank.
8. Policy Updates
Bibaho Bandhan reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
